I have fourteen years of experience working alongside individuals and families who have been impacted by various mental health concerns, addictions and challenging life circumstances. Over the last five years I have been practicing as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in both private practice and community.
As a psychotherapist my ideals and values are rooted in humility, compassion and understanding, and my approach is largely informed by humanistic and existential teachings. With this in mind, I pride myself on meeting all clients - regardless of presenting problem, background, or experience - where they are.
